Lovely pool, beautiful gardens, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location

comfort, clean enough

need to improve breakfast to have pritein such as eggs or sausages or ham, and mineral such as fruits. Now there is only toast and crossaint with 1 glass of juice and tea or coffee.

Our Suite Royale with Yacuzzi was fantastic

Everything suberp, but the Wi-Fi in our Suite did not work at all. They tried in vain to fix the problem.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Paraty. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the historic city centre and the bus station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and also for travelling to other destinations. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities that I needed. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in my room, it was a nice touch and added to the overall relaxation factor. The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

Rooms were nice and clean with big bed and hot shower. TV and AC worked well. The area is very quiet and with a lot of parking space,m but you can even park your car in the Pousada parking lot instead of the street. They have a nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Very peaceful place for some relaxing days.

The jacuzzi had too much chlorine, and the sauna (Turkish bath) temperatura was a bit low IMHO. Besides that nothing to had. Great experience.

I like the hotel staff best. They are very friendly.

The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. They make you feel special and at home. The breakfast is also great - they don't scrimp on the food.

I had such a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the historical sites and the city center. The staff was so friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants, bike rentals, and boat tours. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I loved that some of them even had jacuzzis. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh juices and fruits to choose from. this hotel was excellent value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that were quite satisfying. the spacious and clean room with big windows was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the historic center.

The hotel did not seem to prioritize maintenance, leaving some amenities in poor condition. The beds were quite old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
